The outdated reception & growing staff numbers required a re-plan & refurbishment to the popular Gold Coast Holiday Park.
The modern design is a reflection of the material palette & language of the greater park amenities & camping areas.

Big congratulations this week to one of the stars

Big congratulations this week to one of the stars of Habitat, Lauren @laurenlovellarc for passing the registration process and becoming a registered Architect.
Lauren started with Habitat back in 2018 as a student of Architecture and it’s been a pleasure watching Lauren evolve into the Architect she is today…including starting her own family along the way!
The process to become an Architect starts at Uni with a 5 or sometimes 6 year degree in a Masters of Architecture. On the job work experience is then required and logged in multiple units of competency which can take numerous more years dependant on experience gained.
The three part registration process then starts with a submission of the log book, which if successfully completed then leads to a registration exam. Once passing the exam an interview with two registered Architects testing knowledge with various mock scenarios in practice is the final step.
Successful here and you are finally a ‘Registered Architect’.

There certainly isn’t question what a Registered Architects experience can bring to a project.
