This 6 storey apartment development located in the Tweed Heads precinct is a proposed generator to redevelopment & higher density living in the surrounding area.

The unit complex has been designed as an all inclusive development with communal rooftop recreation & open space areas to promote occupant interaction.

All units face North & have narrow volumes to allow cross ventilation & light to penetrate. The western street front façade has been detailed with a secondary battened false façade screen to mitigate the Western sun & heat gain as it opens to the park outlook.

Landscaping elements have been incorporated throughout the design including the screen façade to reduce urban heat gain & promote healthier living spaces.
