Breeze-block screens and battened timber wrap the street edge in privacy, while planted terraces spill from every level, blurring the house into its garden. Inside, a double-height living room opens north over the water — timber ceilings drawing the eye from marble hearth to skyline. Biophilic design doing what it does best: light, air, and green in every room.
