A difficult site with 2 street accesses that pinched towards the Eastern edge. The response was a back to back development with a 3 storey form to the narrow aspect of the site.

A 3 storey void was maintained on entry to allow light & breezes to penetrate & circulate through the internal spaces as well as provide a connection through the floor levels from within.

The 2 storey form & wider site was opened to the external courtyard landscaping. Large dominant wrapping elements with overhanging decks define the entry & provide some shelter to the West aspect.
