The narrow forms dictated three levels to allow living spaces to be stacked vertically. The ground planes were still carved out with mid courtyard spaces for private outdoor entertaining and pool areas

The forms were intentionally detailed differently to provide an individuality to each residence for owners. One an interpretation of a lightweight coastal vernacular, exposed structure, light material palettes with a casual fit out selection. The other drawing of more modernist forms, natural stone, timber and low pitched roofs. Both were detailed reflective of the site with large roof overhangs & shading
